In 2008, Pratik Gandhi founded PJK Entertainment in Houston. As the company’s owner, he managed all aspects of operations, including event coordination, vendor communication, and financial oversight. His responsibilities also included drafting legal documents and ensuring the smooth execution of business processes. This experience gave him a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and client management, shaping his approach to leadership and operational efficiency.
In 2012, he moved into a technical role with JS SAP Group as an IT specialist. His responsibilities included developing and maintaining company databases, resolving client issues, and managing contracts. Two years later, he joined Reliance as a consultant, where he created a centralized database that simplified data access and improved internal systems. These experiences allowed him to refine his problem-solving skills while gaining a deeper understanding of technology-driven business operations.
In 2016, Pratik advanced to a leadership role as director of operations at Exotic Transport. He managed scheduling, logistics, and compliance while overseeing employee training and performance. His work required strong coordination across departments to ensure that operations remained efficient and in line with regulatory standards. His management approach emphasized structure, consistency, and the development of effective teams.
That same year, he transitioned into real estate with Keller Williams Metropolitan. In this position, he assisted clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while managing listings and documentation. His ability to guide clients through the real estate process with clarity and professionalism helped him build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
At CiTY LiVN, he expanded his role as a licensed real estate professional. His responsibilities included creating financial models, preparing investment reports, and conducting market research. He also analyzed property values, calculated returns, and performed underwriting assessments to support strategic investment decisions. This experience strengthened his financial acumen and deepened his understanding of real estate analysis.
In 2017, Pratik Gandhi became president of Mpire Builders, a company that acquires and redevelops Class B and C multifamily properties in the Houston area. The company also focuses on new construction and single-family redevelopment projects. Under his leadership, the firm has prioritized improving property performance, optimizing operations, and delivering long-term value for investors. His commitment to efficiency and quality management continues to define his work.
Alongside his professional roles, Pratik is pursuing his education in economics, management, and marketing at the University of Houston. His ongoing studies reflect his belief in lifelong learning and his desire to strengthen his skills through academic growth.
